I can not say enough about Lauren! We relocated here from California and didn’t know the area at all. Lauren must of taken
us to see 40 homes, with no pressure what so ever to pick one or the other. She was always available by phone and had answers to all my questions. She knows her stuff in and out! The most incredible thing was what happened close to closing. We packed up all our stuff in the U Haul, including the dog, for a set closing date from the Bank. Literally, the day before closing,
our loan lady at the bank, who was not very good, had made some mistakes in the loan and it was delayed. Frustrated, as you
could imagine, we checked into the Rio Hotel and had to start all over again with financing because quite honestly, our faith

Great deal of money on my home – more than it would ever be worth. I was trying to work out an
Interest Rate and a Principal Rate reduction for more than a year with my mortgage company/lender. I
was working on a utility website and somehow, like a calling to me, an ad appeared to contact Lauren
Paris, Realtor to request advice and assistance from people who are under water with the loan on their
home. I immediately contacted Lauren Paris to determine if it would be in my best interest to involve a
realtor. Contacting Lauren was the best thing I could have done. In May 2012 Lauren informed me, since
I was so far under water with my home; I should apply for a Short Sale. Lauren also informed me that we
must finish the Short Sale by December 31, 2012 to relieve me of a huge tax liability. Lauren negotiated
the Short Sale with my lender, had all of the contract documents sent to her office, got the Short Sale
approved, advertised the sale of the home, screened the potential buyers for me, set up home-viewing
appointments for me, sold my home and attended the closing meeting with me, all before December 31,
2012! Shortly thereafter, the lender awarded me a cash incentive and I was relieved of a huge tax
liability. I would highly recommend Lauren Paris, Realtor to anyone requiring expertise when it comes to
